A new all-weather, high-performance cold mix asphalt that represents a significant improvement in terms of performance over general-purpose black top repairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Can be easily opened by hand without the use of a cutter, scissors, or other such tool. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. No emulsion coating or other pretreatment step needs to be applied for repairing potholes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. This material seldom adheres to work equipment and compactors. After this material has been applied, it will not stick to tires nor undergo scattering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
